General: All orders for goods and services whether on-line or off-line, via the Scuba-Zone store, via the Scuba-Zone web site, via telephone or by any other methods are subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions:

Order Acceptance: No order is accepted until confirmed in writing by Scuba-Zone.

Title: Title to all goods remains with Scuba-Zone until cleared payment is received by Scuba-Zone.

Price: The prices within this website replace all previous price lists. Please note that the prices shown are VAT inclusive (17.5%).

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Delta.

Delivery within the UK: We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as full funds are received. All orders will be sent via Royal Mails First Class Recorded Mail service free of charge, (please note that orders must be in by 3pm in order for the product to be shipped that day). Delivery should be within 48 hours of the order, however if the order is not currently in stock we will e-mail you with an estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel your order.

Next Day Delivery to the UK: We offer a next working day delivery service before 1pm at a cost of £7.50, (please note that orders must be in by 3pm in order for the product to be shipped that day).

Delivery out side the UK: For all deliveries outside the UK we will individually price the postal charge and e-mail you with the exact price. You will have the option to continue or to cancel the order.

Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will always e-mail you with the estimated arrival date and the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note: On receiving your product you will be required to sign for the delivery, for this reason please ensure you specify the delivery address, which is most convenient for you. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.

Guarantees: All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item to our dive centre and we will handle the problem for you.

Refunds/Credits: All of the items purchased come with our 7-day no quibble guarantee (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging). Outside of 7days we will offer you an exchange or a credit note, (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging).

Scuba Zones customer promise: We pride ourselves on giving the very best service and advice. If you are uncertain of anything please contact us or please drop in and chat with our experienced staff who will gladly recommend the equipment or training that will best suit your needs.

Governing law: UK laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

Privacy policy: We never share or sell your details. Full stop.

Security: All Scuba-Zone transactions take place in a safe 'firewalled' environment using the latest security technology. We do not store any credit card or personal details on line.

DIVING IS HAZARDOUS: WARNING OF RISK: Whilst recreational scuba diving has an excellent safety record it is a hazardous activity that may result in injury or death. Equipment purchased from Scuba-Zone should not be used without appropriate training and certification, which should be regularly renewed and updated. All equipment should be serviced in line with manufacturer, certifying agency, European and UK regulatory norms. Scuba-Zone accepts no liability for accident, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment purchased via this site.
